Calm with Character® Provides Adult Wellness

The Educator Wellness Program is a 10 Week Program.  Adults at school  are provided with weekly virtual wellness education that can be learned independently.  A Calm with Character® Expert stays connected with program participants weekly and is available for live presentations.  The Adult Wellness program is Neuroscience based and facilitates mindfulness along with emotional intelligence building skills to stay connected with colleagues and make healthy choices.
